General Eligibility Requirements

• Resident of one of the Illinois counties of Clark, Clay, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Edgar, Effingham, Fayette, Jasper, Lawrence, Marion, Moultrie, or Richland

• 18 years of age or older

• Compliant with Selective Service Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Priority given to US Veterans
